Description

The Information Technology Technician's role is to provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.

 

What we are looking for: 

  1. Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  2. 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting and deploying PC Hardware and Software infrastructure.
  3. Strong PC and mobile device support skills
  4. Ability to lead and assist with complex projects, create and follow work plans.
  5. Ability to develop/provide input to all required project documentation.
  6. Excellent and demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
  7. A positive attitude and a sense of urgency.
  8. Self-motivated.
  9. Can work both independently and with-in a team environment.
  10. Proficiency in problem solving, strong interpersonal, time management.
  11. Valid Driver’s license.
