Position Description

Framebridge is seeking a highly curious, results-oriented creative marketer to drive marketing across our owned channels including email and SMS. The ideal candidate is obsessed with customers and finding what motivates them; has an analytical approach; and has an intrinsic drive to meet lofty traffic and revenue KPIs, represent and build brand affinity, and increase the lifetime value of Framebridge customers. This role is based in Washington, DC. It sits within the Marketing Strategy & Planning team and reports to the Marketing Director.

What you’ll do:

 

Strategy & Planning

 

  • Work with the Marketing Director, CMO, Business Intelligence team, Engineering team, and other key stakeholders to develop communication strategy across multiple channels, including but not limited to email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Increase customer acquisition & lifetime value by engaging customers with personalized, targeted, relevant marketing communications
  • Provide ongoing performance reporting and present ideas on how to maximize messaging & communications to better engage the customer at key times
  • Collaborate with Creative, Merchandising, and other stakeholders on content calendar (for email, SMS, and push notifications) for lifecycle and ad-hoc communications

 

Execution

 

  • Create email, SMS, and push campaigns to target customers to influence user behavior
  • QA, execute, and report on email campaigns using Zaius, including A/B and multivariate tests
  • Lead go-forward investments in marketing technology related to supporting customer outreach campaigns
  • Partner closely with Engineering to monitor campaign health and stand up new email campaigns based on things like site events and customer behavior
  • Analyze and monitor KPIs, including open rates, click to open rates, conversions, revenue, and lifetime value to continuously optimize campaigns
  • Test, learn, and refine all communications to continually optimize results to meet KPIs
  • Obsess over staying informed with the industry in everything from deliverability, to send frequency, to subject line best practices and best-in-class creative approaches
  • Research motivations and understand customer sentiment to inform development of lifecycle campaigns
Qualifications & About Framebridge

 

  • 2+ years experience with email marketing - preferably at an ecommerce company
  • Experience using Zaius and/or other B2C email/CRM solutions (Bronto, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience at a consumer-oriented company with a broad, loyal customer base
  • A clear curiosity for marketing trends and how it relates to your focus areas
  • Strong cross-functional player with ability to educate and influence stakeholders across the company, representing the voice of the customer
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and nurture cross-functional projects to fruition, aligning team members around deliverables and success metrics
  • Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve operational and technical issues
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics and Excel
  • Extremely detail oriented & well organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment
