What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and assist customers in our showroom, making them feel welcome and inspired.
- Work closely with clients to design kitchens and bathrooms that fit their style and needs.
- Read, interpret, and verify blueprints, drawings, and project details.
- Use (or learn) 20/20 Design software to create stunning layouts.
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and team members to keep projects on track.
- Ensure accurate processing of estimates, orders, and invoices.
- Communicate with dispatch to confirm deliveries and schedules.
- Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Keep up with product knowledge and industry trends to offer the best solutions.
