The QS Document Control Specialist will oversee and maintain the Document Control system to promote Quality System requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.  This role also includes creating, facilitating, and monitoring training events associated with these documents.  Assists in the development of training material supporting the document management program. 


What we are looking for:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent education and work experience.  
  2. Proficiency and prior experience in Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel required.  Prior experience in document formatting preferred. 
  3. Prior experience in editing Portable Document Format (PDF) preferred
  4. Quality Management Software experience preferred
  5. Strong organizational and analyst skills, detail oriented, ability to work independently, ability to research information, draw conclusions and make recommendations required.
