Lead, organize, direct & develop a successful men’s soccer program within NAIA, NCCAA & CCAC guidelines & University policies. Recruit, train, mentor and coach players who fit in the Christian culture & mission of Judson University. Administrative responsibilities include manage team budget, organize annual schedule, coordinating travel, attending all appropriate NAIA, NCCAA & CCAC coaches meetings, and other pertinent responsibilities. University-wide responsibilities include serving on committees, participating in chapel, supporting student recruitment, speaking at athletic & community events & other responsibilities.
Reqs: Bachelor’s degree in sports management, physical education or related field plus 3 years successful soccer playing at the college, semi-pro, or professional level. Demonstrated personal Christian faith & commitment to the Christian mission of the University. Must sign Judson’s Mission Statement and Community Standards. Requires the ability to handle extensive hours during concentrated periods. Limited domestic & international travel required to recruit players as needed. Background, reference, drug and criminal checks required.
