Description

Responsible for aircraft and line services including but not limited to:

 

Abide by FAA and TSA rules and regulation for international and domestic traffic.

Greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing ramp area.

Assist with wing-walking duties as required.

Drive refueling trucks and ground equipment abiding by airport driving rules and regulations.

Provide fueling, oil, lavatory and water service as requested.

Perform daily fuel quality control procedures on the fuel farm and fuel trucks to include receiving fuel loads.

Provide shuttle service for passengers/crew as required.

Assist passengers/crew with baggage/cargo as needed.

Record numbers of unit handled and moved using daily production truck sheets and service orders.

Confer with customers in person in order to provide information about products and services. To take orders, or to obtain details of complaints.

Assist with customer service duties as required.

Perform general cleaning and clearing of debris from ramp, buildings, fuel farm, and customer areas.

Minor aircraft cabin cleaning when requested.

Maintain ground support equipment and crew cars.

Perform lawn and building maintenance as required.

Cleaning of hangar floors and ramp. This includes disposing of garbage.

Coordinate with other department leads for repositioning of aircraft.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible for assuring that the companies goals for safety, security and quality are met by continual compliance with the company safety program and reporting through the appropriate process any safety, security or quality recommendations or non-compliance observations

Responsible for the day to day delivery of World Class Customer Service to our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Aircraft Towing/Servicing Experience

Airport Ground Operations Experience

Aviation Experience a plus

Knowledge of Federal Air Regulations

Customer Service oriented attitude

Valid Driver’s License With A Clean Driving Record

Two Way Radio Etiquette

Ability To Pass A Drug Screening Test

Able To Pass A TSA And U.S. Customs Background Check

NATA Safety First Line Service Technician Training

FAR Part 139 Fire Safety Training
