Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably in Marketing and/or Communications, and at least 1 year of experience in marketing and communications, insurance agency sales, B2B sales, or corporate relationship management. Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and possess a proven record of driving results through relationship management. Experience in developing metrics and reports and Spanish language skills are a plus.
Additional Information
This position will report to the Manager of Communications and will not supervise other employees. This is a flextime position scheduled for 80 hours per pay period. Duties of the position may require work during evenings, weekends or holidays. Additional hours worked, with prior supervisory approval, will be compensated as compensatory time. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required for this position. Field Representatives use their personal vehicles and are reimbursed for mileage (which includes costs associated with car owner usage) for work related matters.
