Function

The Warehouse Manager must be able to work with competing priorities in a complex environment while assisting CSI staff with everyday operational and logistical needs. The ideal candidate will be a strong multi-tasker who is extremely detail oriented. This person should be capable of working independently and with others, have excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation towards both internal and external customers. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Organize, clean and maintain order in the CSI cage; place tools and equipment in storage or pre-deployment locations

• Track inventory and tool maintenance

• Main point of contact for all incoming and outgoing equipment and Clearwing assets

• Notify appropriate parties of shipments received to ensure timely receipt of materials, payment of bills, and general efficiency for all Clearwing staff

• Work in d-tools Systems Integrator to mark incoming equipment as received

• Pull items from Bill of Materials

• Create and organize Bill of Lading documentation

• Coordinate and move equipment and resources within the warehouse

• Prep and load materials for projects and deliver to jobsites as needed

• Communicate to Project Managers for any additional job site needs

• Document and manage job box materials/tools

• Track the location of each job box and maintain the upkeep of each one

• If necessary, assist with cleanup on a jobsite including picking job boxes

• Keep track of all projects needs, service items and demos

• Work with other departments for trucking, man power and warehouse issues

• Other duties as assigned

Skill/Experience Requirements

• Two (2) years experience in warehouse and/or operations position

• Familiar with industry products and standards

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Ability to adjust timelines and priorities at any given moment to accommodate immediate needs

• Hold a valid drivers licens

Physical Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

• Climb heights up to 12

• Able to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
