$15 per hour, $18 per hour with current Class A CDL

Candidate Requirements:

• Responsible, detail oriented, passionate about quality
• Ability to lift 35 pounds repetitively and 165 pounds occasionally
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Clean driving record
• Ability to use 2-wheeler/hand truck/pallet jack is a plus
• General knowledge of beer
• Obtain Class A CDL within 90 days of employment
  • Training provided

Job Description:

• Assist Route Driver with daily deliveries
  • Rotate product to supplier standards
  • Merchandise product to company/supplier standards
• Able to perform all Route Driver responsibilities for any route in the assistant’s territory, ensuring ability to run route relief for any driver
• Communicate clearly with all team members regarding daily assignments
  • Daily duties will vary depending on route/area needs for the day
