As a Data Entry Coordinator you will directly be responsible for processing donations and/or products to generate timely receipting and prompt deposit to the Missions financial accounts.




  • Accurate and timely recording of cash, credit card, check and non-cash donations.
  • Edit and verify check transactions using image remittance system.
  • Generate receipts or acknowledgments.
  • Maintain donor records and/or codes.
  • Data entry of products into Inventory System.
  • Keep supervisor informed of work progress and/or circumstances that may affect deadlines.
  • Attend and participate in all Mission, Division and Department meetings and training, as required.
  • Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years data entry experience using relational database is required
  • Previous accounting experience preferred.


Work Environment


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time in a temperature-controlled environment. Requires frequent use of computers, keyboarding and talking on the telephone. Occasionally will stand, balance, twist, bend, stoop, kneel and reach with hands/arms. Regularly lifts up to 20 pounds and walks, use stairways to climb to multiple floors within the facility. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
