What you’ll do:

As the NetSuite Systems Manager, you will play a key role within the Prendio ERP group as you act as the liaison between the Prendio team and our clients. You will be responsible for the technical execution of development-related projects and their day-to-day operations, such as troubleshooting production issues, handling administration, configuring and developing requirements, maintaining application security controls, and creating customized solutions. The NetSuite Manager will own the strategic vision of ERP and CRM while managing a team of administrators and developers.  Your role is critical and essential to our business—and so are you!


On a given day, the Prendio NetSuite Systems Manager may:

  • Perform multi-phase implementation of NetSuite
  • Transition clients from existing ERP systems, working with stakeholders to ensure that implementation is successful
  • Maintain the NetSuite application for internal stakeholders
  • Plan, review and revise configurations and customizations of NetSuite as needed to meet evolving needs
  • Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPI’s, and dashboards
  • Develop, Test, and Deploy highly scalable and resilient business-critical solutions on NetSuite platform
  • Monitor end-user usage of systems and track performance
  • Provide front line support and troubleshooting with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity
  • Mentor, coach, and train other team members as a technical lead and internal NetSuite technical expert
  • Provide internal, on-going system/technical training and support to users, and maintain proper system access for all roles
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, new functionality, and Suite Apps based on evolving business needs
  • Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data change protocols, customization, usage etc. are efficient and well-documented
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform
  • Work directly with NetSuite to drive and coordinate larger (more complex) projects
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration
  • Manage NetSuite resources such as administrators, developers, and the NetSuite work of power users
  • Act as NetSuite systems owner for the entire enterprise
  • Manage wants, needs, and expectations of NetSuite end user teams, hiring responsibilities for NetSuite resources, and cost/benefit analyses for NetSuite projects
  • Act as lead project manager and business analyst for NetSuite projects
  • Shut down old systems as they are replaced with NetSuite
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of NetSuite Experience
  • 3+ years of NetSuite administration and configuration experience in complex environments, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in software project management and leading a team
  • NetSuite Administrator and ERP Consultant Certified
  • Must be driven and self-motivated with a high desire to achieve
  • Must be flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks, while working with others across different teams and organizations
  • Must be able to manage your day effectively to maximize productivity
  • Must have a basic to intermediate knowledge of SuiteScript coding as a developer
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • An eagerness to learn new technologies and solve problems
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience working with other ERP systems a plus
