Benefit Recovery is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistance (AA). This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity to get started with an equally great company where you can grow and advance. This position requires a personality that is professional, confident, and dependable with elevated receptionist skills and natural ability to communicate effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds. The successful candidate must have proven ability to build long-term and sustainable business relationships.

AA Duties:

  • Receiving visitors
  • Answering phone calls and mails
  • Office stationery and supplies
  • Managing client relationships
  • Scheduled and prepare meetings
  • Answers phone calls and if knowledgeable of subject manner, handle appropriately
  • Prepares correspondences

1. including letters and memos for internal and external clients requiring some understanding of technical matters based on knowledge

2. verbal direction or research

  • Prepares monthly reports including gathering necessary data
  • Uses various software packages to produce accurate documents
  • Presentation materials, charts, and graphics including
  • Typing, proofing, organizing, designing, layout, etc.
  • Maintains proper filing systems
  • Compiles statistical information and assist manager with special projects as requested
  • Provides assistance to clients, vendors, and subcontractor as necessary
  • Monitor visitors and the lobby area
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Well-versed with verbal and written communication
  • Maintain decorum, and a professional atmosphere in and around the reception area
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Multitask at a different levels altogether
  • Accurate and attentive to detail
  • Presentable and well-versed with the company's profile
  • Ability to assist and work well with others
  • Knowledge of general office equipment operation
