JOB SUMMARY & MISSION:

Position is responsible for all on-site operations/functions within delegated scope of service for the warehouse. Represents Onpoint as site lead for the customer and on-site personnel

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core member of Warehouse Team and able to perform all warehouse functions

Represents Onpoint Team at required customer internal meetings.

Coordinates the operations/functions within the Warehouse

Monthly Contractor Reporting

Liaison between Onpoint and Customer

Facilitates Annual Performance Reviews

Conducts Onpoint Team and Safety Meetings

Builds and maintains customer relationships

Works and communicates with vendors related to warehouse operations

Develop and maintain continues improvement processes

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job requires supervisory responsibilities.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This role does not typically require travel

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years prior experience as a warehouseman

1+ years prior lead or supervisor experience

Industrial Facility PM Material knowledge

Prior experience working in a refinery or petrochemical facility .

Customer MM Systems experience (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, etc.)

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Safety-oriented attitude with a true commitment to personal safety, as well as the safety of others is a must.

Good driving record to drive company vehicle and access client facilities, as needed

Ability to read, write and comprehend English (operational, process, safety).

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

TWIC card

Current driver’s license from state of residence and proof of vehicle insurance with state liability minimum.
