Requirements:
- CDCA + required.Â
- Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of homelessness required.
- Experience with SPMI and/or SUD population preferred.
- Data collection/outcome achievement experience preferred.Â
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
- Knowledge of community resources and healthcare services.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
