About the position

This is a rewarding long-term career opportunity to work with all levels of the Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care corporate team, as well as our franchisees as they make an impact in communities across the country.  As the Marketing Manager, you will manage and implement marketing initiatives and programs for new opening and ramping Academies, supporting overall system growth in accordance with traditional and emerging marketing channels and trends. The Marketing Manager develops and supports implementation of local marketing strategies for individual Academy locations and supports creative and marketing communications, as needed. This position is based in our Corporate Office located in Abingdon, Maryland.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • More than five years of multichannel marketing experience
  • Strong leadership and project management (organizational) skills
  • Goal Orientation with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and dedication to results
  • 5% travel
