As the analytics industry is evolving in the organ procurement space, we are aiming to optimize our life-saving, organ donation processes. As a member of the LifeShare Business Intelligence department, you'll have the support to build a meaningful career, and help save lives in the process.


In this role, you will:

  • Plan, design, develop, and maintain the data infrastructure for various analysis systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. 
  • Combine analytics skills and an understanding of the processes and data that support organ and tissue donation, and healthcare EMR systems to inform the ongoing transformation of the organ procurement/transplant industry.


What we are looking for: 

  • Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and datasets.
  • Working knowledge and experience with extracting large datasets and designing ETL flows/processes to ensure performance/reliability.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Structured Query Language (T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, functions, etc.), and experience working with relational databases.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of database principles, concepts, technologies, and tools.
  • Experience with data modeling.
