- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years business banking experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with software applications
- Strong working knowledge of banking regulations, lending policy and documentation requirements
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to communicate tactfully with bank customers in handling issues of a relatively complex nature.
