General Description: This position is responsible for fulfilling customer orders by picking merchandise from racks and storage areas and efficiently assembling the product on pallets to fill customer orders.



Essential Functions:


  • Operating a hand-held scanner
  • Operating a pallet jack
  • Stacking produce cases
  • Building pallets and tagging them appropriately
  • Working cooperatively with checkers to fix errors
  • Cleaning warehouse as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned

Knowledge, skill and abilities required: 

  • At least 6 months of experience operating an electric riding pallet jack
  • Warehouse experience
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Good oral and written communication skills (ability to read and write in English, as is affected by direction and paperwork)
  • Good attention to detail and ability to determine quality and glean spoiled or inferior product as needed.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50# repeatedly
