Description

The Marketing Specialist participates in the planning and execution of marketing activities that build brand awareness, drive leads, and support the company’s strategic plans. Working closely with PCFCo’s Vice President of Customer Experience, and the Sales team, the Marketing Specialist provides a wide range of tactical and strategic support to meet company objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Customer Experience team to define marketing and social strategies based on a thorough understanding of business objectives, user needs, and industry best practices.
  • Executes tactical elements of lead generation programs from planning to implementation.
  • Partners with procurement and sales to develop and successfully execute seasonal marketing plans that drive sales and increase brand/company/site awareness.
  • Manages the creation of sales and marketing materials, including brochures, product sheets, sales presentations, and internal sales tools.
  • Coordinates social media content development and execution.
  • Serves as the Marketing Hub expert implementing digital campaigns and lead generation activity.
  • Leverages HubSpot to execute email programs, create landing pages, track, analyze and report on marketing program performance.
  • Uses analytics tools to measure and report on a range of metrics to analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Participates in the maintenance of Company website and ecommerce.
  • Responsible for content creation: presentations, blogs, newsletter, website, ecommerce, and customer communications.
  • Maintains an ongoing marketing calendar and oversees project timelines for the department.
  • Maintains an online directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate.
  • Orders collateral and promotional materials and manages budget and stock.
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field and 3+ years of prior experience with a wide range of Marketing skills and tactics OR an equivalent combination or education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred experience in HubSpot or other CRM solution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Photography and video skills a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team player facilitating collaboration with cross functional team.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
  • Desire and ability to work as part of a collaborative, fun and focused team.
