“We’re Making Toys Here”….. and we’re hoping the exciting new role of Digital National Account Executive will enable us to continue to do just that! The ideal candidate will instantly become an integral part of the UK Toy Team, helping to deliver and exceed the company’s goals and ambitions. As a small team collaboration is key! So, whilst reporting into the General Sales Manager, this candidate will be ensuring they’re working closely with all stakeholders across the Sales, Marketing & Operation Teams to help develop the Amazon & Dot Com business. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time as we expand our already strong Amazon business across the EU and so be able to really make a difference! Key attributes for the role include excellent administration, analytical, planning & forecasting skills. Someone who enjoys being at the very heart of the business, can communicate cross functionally and has an ability to look beyond short-term business challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To provide comprehensive account administrative & analytical support specifically for the Amazon Account but also to the wider sales team for designated accounts in line with business needs. Specific Amazon support includes:
- Input of new catalogue listings & all aspects of product maintenance
- Sourcing and input of digital copy and assets for Product Detail Pages, A+ Pages, Advertising & Brand Store Pages and maintenance of asset folders
- Proactive management of catalogue to avoid lost buy boxes and improve searchability
- Maintaining good availability, relevancy & ranking by working cross functionally
- Working with external agency to manage advertising & optimization of all ASINs
- Analysis and execution of promotional plans in line with brand strategies
- Analysis and preparation of weekly and ad hoc reports
- Ad hoc tasks that will arise as we expand into Europe.
- To develop and maintain relationships with key external customers and all relevant internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing & Operations Departments in the UK and US business
- Working with the Sales & Marketing Teams to support the implementation of promotions & brand strategies with Amazon and Dot Com customers, including analysis and preparation of weekly and ad hoc reports.
- To be the driving force behind the standardization of the UK digital content. Ensuring all Dot Com customers utilize the best optimized copy, keywords and images – taking best practice from Amazon.
- To complete regular store checks and audits on pricing and promotional activity.
- To input weekly EPOS consumption reporting and analysis, in line with current business processes
- To work towards own account responsibility for designated dot com accounts, supported by General Sales Manager
