Job Summary

As a Junior Fintech Implementation Specialist, you will assist in the successful deployment and implementation of our fintech solutions for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure that our software products are integrated and optimized to meet the client’s needs. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the fintech industry while contributing to the delivery of world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings between clients, project teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide support in preparing meeting agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Organize and manage project-related documentation, keeping all materials up to date and accessible.
  • Help create and maintain implementation schedules, ensuring effective time management and communication across teams.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, timelines, and any potential roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Development, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure successful and smooth project delivery and adherence to relevant regulations and requirements.
  • Work closely with clients to gather feedback and assist in refining product configurations.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in fintech or software implementation is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in the fintech industry and eagerness to learn.
  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, or integration tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software implementation processes and technical troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of financial services, banking, and payment systems.
  • SQL skills are a plus for data-related tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
