Coordinator - Hourly

• Position Purupose: Collaborate with leadership, volunteers, and staff to create and manage a system for organizing, tracking, and updating calendar schedules for all islands using Google Calendar. Communicate with parishioners by preparing the weekly parish bulletin and managing digital platforms. Provide front desk support, including answering phones, assisting visitors, and serving as a liaison for parish events and the Annual Faith on Fire Conference.

• Weekly Bulletin (with Office Mgr/Parish Life Coordinator as back up)
• Facebook Communications
• Website Communications
• Flocknote (text messaging)
• Email on occasion

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma preferred.
2. Bilingual preferred
3. Verifiable experience in parish setting and group collaboration.
4. Leads a life consistent with the Catholic faith and moral teaching.
5. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication.
6. Demonstrated organization presentation, teamwork, technical and time management skills.
7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Working knowledge of Google Calendar/Suite
9. Working knowledge of Adobe or equivalent. 

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
