About the Role 

We’re looking for an SMB Account Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about the healthcare space and are driven by the opportunity to expand market presence and drive revenue growth within the small and medium-sized business segments. As an SMB Account Executive, you will leverage your expertise in healthcare sales and understanding of SMB needs to generate leads, build relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver tailored solutions to address unique challenges. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads within the SMB healthcare sectors through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, networking events, and industry partnerships. 

  • Engage with Inbound Leads: Engage efficiently with inbound marketing-generated leads, ensuring a positive and informative customer interaction. 

  • Relationship Building: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships. 

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads from prospecting to closing and maintaining accurate records. 

  • Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends and industry developments, positioning our products and services effectively. 

  • Needs Assessment & Solution Development: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points, objectives, and goals. Develop and present compelling product demonstrations and proposals tailored to clients’ needs. 

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation for new clients. 

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives 

Qualifications

What You’ll Need 

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in healthcare sales or related fields, with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in selling software solutions or services within the healthcare industry. 

  • SMB Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SMB healthcare market dynamics and the unique challenges faced by healthcare organizations in this segment. 

  • Sales Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. 

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and customer interactions efficiently. 

  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to initiate, build, and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients. 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Healthcare Industry Experience: Previous experience selling healthcare solutions or services to SMBs. 

  • Salesforce Expertise: Experience using Salesforce to manage leads, track opportunities, and optimize sales activities. 

  • Strong Network: Established relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare sector.
