Job Summary and primary duties:  Responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Answers incoming phone calls and directs them to the appropriate person
  • Scans documents and stores them electronically
  • Greets visitors and vendors at the building entrances and escorts them while onsite
  • Operates the postage machine
  • Distributes mail to departments
  • Provides general office support to other departments

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Detail oriented and good organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Computer proficient
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Work Environment:

  • Office setting- This is an onsite position.
  • Participates in departmental, training and staff meetings
  • Adhere to all compliance and company policies and procedures
  • Reliable transportation
