Who You Are
You’re a professional eager for an opportunity to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) team by managing a portfolio of accounts and projects. You are committed to achieving PMO goals. You will resolve and find solutions to any escalations that occur during a project with exceptional customer service and scope support. You are a detail orientated individual who is customer service driven, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is proficient with Microsoft Suite Programs. Your knowledge and experience in multi-site technology rollouts, IT low voltage system installations, and construction projects will be leveraged for success.

The Program Manager (PgM Mgr) position is front and center to our customer base.  The PgM Mgr influences our shared services teams to orchestrate a highly coordinated, successful delivery of our services.  PgM Mgr will grow our existing customer base revenue as well as onboard new logos and projects.  This is vital to achieve our Vision 2020 roadmap.


Who Your Customers Are
This role serves many internal and external customers. Internally, you will work closely with members of our PMO and Shared Services teams.  This includes sales, engineering and estimating, Technology Solutions Center (TSC) staff, corporate services, field services, central dispatch, central lifts, service center and technical analysts, and accounting.  Externally, you will work with clients, business partners, value added resources (VAR), and third party players too. Ultimately, you are working to achieve Telaid’s Vision 2020 roadmap by demonstrating excellent project management techniques.


Primary Responsibilities
•    Perform QDCs for direct reports and ensure QDCs are administered for all staff on your team.
•    Properly staff, manage and support all client projects.  Identify and communicate resource needs to management. Ensure that all project team members understand their roles and responsibilities on project.
•    Manage team schedules and paycom weekly duties.
•    Leverage costing report, contribution margin reports, and performance dashboards to yield increased contribution margins and net profits.
•    Support and manage daily production inclusive of all scheduled technician ETAs, and keep CRM, RAMP, ERP systems updated accordingly; make sure hitting billing cycle time from closed to invoiced.
•    Demonstrate active playbook and Telaid project management techniques.
•    Engage shared services teams early, reference project plan template, know project budget and manage spend and charges.
•    Monitor project scope and progress daily against project plan.
•    Escalate issues as merited and resolve accordingly.
•    Generate, monitor, and action systems’ reports. System cases must have accurate site cut dates, correct project status, frequent and meaningful updates, estimated case amounts, and other requisite information and updates.
•    Create, update, and deliver project plans.
•    Achieve or exceed budgeted (as-sold) contribution margin on each project.  
•    Provide project communications and status updates on time.

Work Experience & Education

  • A degree in business, project management, and/or a BS is preferred.  
  • 5+ years of project management experience, as well as experience in Multi site technology rollouts, IT low voltage system installations, construction projects, knowledge of formal Project Management methodology, have strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead a team as well as coach them for success. 
  • Attention to detail, organized and computer savvy.
