Description

Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing technical and analytical support for the Sales Department. This role will collaborate with Sales leadership, providing value added information on business results and analysis to help drive business decisions and improvements in business processes.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Carefully review sales data
  • Make recommendations on data integration between CRM System and current enterprise system
  • Provide historical research and analysis in order to make recommendation on sales plans and
  • Take a lead role in implementing the CRM System
  • Work closely with Sales team to develop best practices
  • Regularly analyse and diagnose program and campaign performance trends and recommend solutions 
  • Create and refresh regularly scheduled dashboards and reports 
  • Perform ad hoc analysis - Analyze and synthesize data to generate insights and recommendations 
  • Forecast revenue based on Marketing activity 
  • Analyse Sales pipeline - Understand and navigate data integrity issues and recommend improvement
Qualifications

Basic Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be Excel proficient - Solid understanding of Sales and Marketing methodologies, processes, and challenges 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) 
  • Used/managed CRM reporting and data 
  • Intermediate to Advance Salesforce experience required
  • Sales-specific analyst experience 
  • Strong financial analysis skills 
  • Ability to effectively train and manage in a professional and effective manner
  • Strong communication skills

 

 Equipment Operated:

  • Office equipment (printer, copy machine, etc.)
  • Vehicles (Trucks/Cars) of various sizes

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Requires remaining in the seated position for prolonged periods of time 
  • Requires lifting up 20lb
  • Requires repetitive motion of hands
  • Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less
  • Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree
  •  2-3 years relevant experience - Strong financial analysis skills
