  • Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
  • Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Comply with food handling, sanitation, and storage regulations
  • Complete orders by selecting food items from serving or storage areas; placing on tray or takeout bag; serving beverages
  • Maintain serving area by keeping order; removing spills and food droppings; filing receipts
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and confidence by protecting fast food quality; meeting service expectations; finding ways to please customers
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
  • May be crossed trained in other food and beverage outlets
  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Experience is not required but preferred
  • Energy and enthusiasm for long days
  • Team-oriented and work collaboratively to achieve team goals
  • Willingness to work with and learn from people from different cultures and backgrounds
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and take precautions, including hydration and sun-protection


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
  • Lift up to 20lbs.
