JOB SUMMARY
High Point Networks is looking for an outgoing, detail oriented, self motivated Renewals Specialist. This role will be very active in maintaining database, quoting, ordering, and providing related customer service to customers and Account Managers. Ideal candidate will need excellent organizational and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the database of contract configurations and agreements in our CRM software
- Interact with vendors, HPN Account Managers, and customers to provide timely and accurate renewal quotes
- Follow through with customers and Account Managers on expiring and expired contracts
- Process and send agreement confirmations to customers
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Organizing, planning, and customer service orientation (both internal and external customers)
- Strong self-management, time management, and follow-through skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word)
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Phone, email, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate information and ideas both verbally and written so others will understand
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
- A basic understanding of IT and related solutions preferred
- Experience working with IT vendors preferred
- 2-year degree in Accounting, Business or related training preferred
