Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or another related field required.
  2. 3-5 years of work experience in marketing or related position required.
  3. Working knowledge of alcoholic beverage channels, customers, and products (brewing, beer, wine, PAB, spirits) strongly required.
  4. Excellent mathematical, communication, research and computer skills and be strongly detail oriented and able to easily multi-task.
  5. Must be able to effectively communicate in written and verbal form with co-workers, supervisor, and management.
  6. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP system).
  7. Proficient analytical skills with a proven ability to turn data into easy-to-understand reports.
  8. Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time both domestically & internationally.
  9. Experience working with brewing industry and/or merchandising preferred.

Job Summary:

Coordinate product marketing activities including market assessments, research, collateral, and launch activities. Assist with project coordination related to programs and products.

Job Duties:

  1. Products/Programs
  • Assist in creation and implementation of current YCH programs as well as new ones.
  • Create, update, and maintain global product portfolio data base.
  • Continuously conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, pricing, and customer behavior. Prepare reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data in collaboration with data science team.
  • Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials and ensure all resources are available, accurate and current while coordinating new material creation and training on materials. Assist and create product data, overview, and technical documents.
  • Examine documents, materials, and products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
  • Help guide and inspect the quality of team deliverables.
  • Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.
  • Participate in overall marketing assignments and special marketing tasks as needed.
  • Assist and support the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer as needed on projects within this role, as well as stretch projects.

  • Follow all SOPs in a given area.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager and/or designee.
