We are currently seeking a receptionist to provide support to our Executive Office Building in Claremore, OK. Responsibilities for this position include greeting guests, answering multi-line phone system, clerical and receptionist duties, preparing reports for distribution agency wide, and other clerical duties as assigned.


Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years experience in a previous receptionist/clerical position. Must possess competent knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Applications. Must have experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing and possess the ability to work independently. Ideal candidate will work well with others, have strong organizational skills, and maintain a warm and welcoming environment. Valid driver's license required.
