Work w/ Sr. Project Manager & GeoAnalytics Information Officer to improve analytics & BI capabilities to dev strategies for appropriate tools & technologies. Prep Demand Requests, PMPs & SOWs utilizing ITIL & PMI standards. Dev comm strategies for GeoAnalytics group to convey proj scope, timelines, goals, budget, & other critical issues. As member of project management team, eval technical design docs & responses to RFPs. Conduct proj kick-off & follow-up mtgs to comm individual roles & proj expectations. Assign duties to team, serve as primary POC on projs, & monitor work prog & take corrective action as necessary. Control risk threshold as measurement of efficiency (both quantitative & qualitative). Maintain proj quality to ensure compliance of proj deliverables. Perf, supervise & ensure QA of data queries & spatial analysis, modeling, database entry & dev for GIS projs. Establish proj perf matrices for operational proj supp teams & bus stakeholders. Dev cost estimates & detailed cost baselines for projs incl physical, financial & human capital costs. Monitor actual cost of projs against approved proj budgets. Conduct in-depth analysis of proj budget discrepancies. Prep Operating Budget rpts & Capital Plan rpts. Prep & rev proj requirements & sys design deliverables (summaries, management plans, tech specs, etc). Deliver high quality artifacts (bus process models, use cases, user stories, context UML, DFD, UI/UX models, etc). Analyze, validate & interpret client requirements to est scope and functional documentation. Utilize ITSM to ensure all functional & tech requirements are gathered as high qual tech confidential artifact. Utilize Microsoft Proj WBS to retain understanding of proj scope, manage CRP & all tasks that impact proj delivery sched. May undergo background checks.

Must have Bach’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or rel field and 5 yrs rel exp in project management. Also requires the following skills (3 yrs exp) in: Geoanalytics project management and GIS/Software Vendor management; BRODE (buy, rent, outsource, develop, extend) strategies; assisting in the preparation of executive presentations on project status; SDLC; agile and waterfall methodologies; MS Project, ServiceNow - Project and Demand modules; enterprise applications, computing platforms (on-premise, cloud and mobile), Semantic Web, XML and mobile computing; and ESRI mapping and decision support systems (DSS) and business intelligence (BI) system.

Alternatively, must have a Masters in Information Technology, Computer Science, or rel field and 1 yr rel exp in project management.
