We are a trusted provider of dental services throughout the country. We perform dental exams for the men and women of Armed Forces which is an honor to be part of such an important mission.

The recruiter is responsible for recruiting, screening and recommendation of hiring full-time field staff. This position must possess skills in interviewing techniques, knowledge of all positions and functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Screens resumes, interviews candidates by phone or in person.
  • Serves as an expert for sourcing and recruiting candidates.
  • Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, social media (i.e., Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn), etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Communicates important employment information during recruitment stage (e.g., benefits, compensation, SCA information, credentialing packets).
  • Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
  • Works with candidates to complete credentialing packets (including reviewing documents and getting updated/corrected documents from candidates as necessary).
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy by documenting updates on the recruiting platform.
  • Maintains all candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Writes engaging job advertisements based on job order information.
  • Participates in retention efforts for Complete Mobile Dentistry field staff.
  • All other duties as assigned.
