SUMMARY
The Recovery House Manager, in accordance with RNP's Mission Statement, Philosophy of Client Care and Code of Ethics as stated in the Personnel Policies will provide direct supervision and oversight of the Recovery House (RH) residential program. The RHM under the supervision of the Department Head of Housing, shall manage the day-to- day activities of a specialized program that will provide recovery housing (RH) to males 18 years of age and older that are involved in the Criminal Justice System.
The RHM ensures that client/program outcomes are consistently met, and the program is positioned for success internally and externally. The RHM ensures that a strength-based culture exists throughout the program. Performing the following duties.
