The Project Coordinator provides project management support to Project Managers on assigned accounts, which ranges from updating schedules and estimates in Workamajig to creating and managing client online/offline project files.
Secondarily, this position works as the liaison between the agency’s creative, digital, media, strategy, public relations and client services teams as well as outside contractors and vendors. The Project Coordinator works with the Project Manager to route/traffic deliverables across agency departments and outside vendors/contractors, maintaining on-time delivery to clients.
- With Resource Manager, ensures workflows past bottlenecks
- Maintains online and offline client/project files
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of project workflow
- Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
