The Contract and Sales Order Admin is responsible for handling the sales orders from initial placement with the sales team through the administrative process to finalization and funding. The Contact and Sales Order Admin will be creating maintenance contracts in E-Automate and maintaining them throughout the term.



·        Processing upgrade/buyout requests and lease applications

·        Supporting and processing lease orders upon approvals

·        Reviewing incoming sales orders including compliance, documents are adequate, and preparing documents for funding

·        Review blended rates and promotions against commission worksheet

·        Building and billing sales order as well as building contracts in E-Automate

·        Oversee and process lease returns including insurance certificates for leased transactions

·        Vendor relationships and lease negotiations

·        Audit & analyze contracts – including adjustments for pricing based on volume

·        Meter collection and billing

·        Handle/resolve customer issues in a timely manner

·        Collaborate on improving process and reducing inefficiencies

·        Supporting Director of Operations in process improvement



Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

Experience: 3+ years’ experience in a related field


·        Analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Ability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

·        Detail-oriented and highly organized

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and customer skills

·        Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

·        Negotiation skills

Physical Demands: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to lift, push, pull up to 30 pounds

Work Environment: Fast paced, shared space, collaborative, open office space environment

Travel Required: Minimal, valid driver’s license for business travel
