*$1,000 sign on bonus

As the CRM Database Manager at Keshet, you will provide the data, technical and administrative support to meet the goals and needs of Keshet’s Development Department. This role is responsible for donor database management, reporting, documentation, gift entry and acknowledgement, and general administrative support. Database Management:

  • Manage the ongoing maintenance of the donor database and ensure its accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform daily gift entry.
  • Follow data entry procedures that ensure consistent standards for donor data.
  • Set up online donation forms.
  • Track donor cultivation and stewardship activities.
  • Identify third party fundraising systems when needed. Manage import/export of data from these systems.
  • Provide event assistance with RSVPs, pledges, sponsorships and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on latest products and updates from Donor Perfect Online.

Administrative Support:

  • Monitor and respond to department general email and voicemail.
  • Manage all gift acknowledgement and receipting, including tribute gifts and matching gift requests.
  • Prepare, send and follow up with invoices.
  • Complete general administrative tasks, including assistance with mailings, events, supplies and contacting.
  • Communicate directly with donors about questions, donations, pledge payments and invoices.


  • Develop custom reports to meet department needs.
  • Maintain and prepare monthly fundraising reports, year over year tracking, and forecasting.
  • Create mailing lists for campaigns and events; segment lists based on analysis and insight; remove duplicates; prepare lists for mail houses.
  • Participate in financial reconciliation in collaboration with Finance staff to ensure all gifts and pledges are properly recorded.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in data analytics, data science, information science and/or a minimum of two years of demonstrated success in nonprofit operations or database administration.

  • Experience with database reporting for routine and unique requests.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technology. Preference given to applicants with background in donor database systems, preferably Donor Perfect Online.

  • Extraordinary organizational and communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
