Description

Position Summary:

Manager, Product Development is responsible for coordinating the development, dissemination, and implementation of the business strategy for assigned product or product group and ensures it is aligned with the core strategies of the company. This position will also participate in the development and implementation of the strategic long-range plan set by the Management of the company. The Manager will work with cross-functional groups, such as, sales, marketing, operations, finance and pathology, to define the products strategy, positioning and internal support needs.

 

Essential Duties:

  1. Strategic development and positioning for product and service offerings.
  2. Develops and deploys unique business solutions to CellNetixs business partners and physician clients.
  3. Identifies and evaluates market opportunities and challenges to develop solution-oriented strategies or programs for our physician clients.
  4. Tracks business initiatives of assigned product or products group, and advises the Management of the Company about relevant strategic moves, actions.
  5. Tracks and forecasts performance of assigned product or products group and advises the Management of the Company about relevant strategic moves, actions.
  6. Performs analysis and understands trends of division financials and advises Management of the Company about relevant strategic moves or actions and implements as appropriate.
  7. Significant coordination of product integration resources internally and externally to bring product solutions to our physician clients.
  8. Attend Market Relevant conferences and events to gain market intel.
  9. Daily work with matrix team to ensure accountability, coordination and execution on business goals.
  10. Assists as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  1. Working knowledge of many operational and business management systems.
  2. Familiar with Project Management Institute standards and methods.
  3. Experience in project management.
  4. Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and conceptualize work streams with minimal supervision.
  5. Ability to negotiate and influence across functions to drive results.
  6. Ability to analyze and document workflows and productivity.
  7. Drive for Results (Service, Quality and Continuous Improvement) Ensure procedures and processes are in place that lead to delivery of quality results and continually reassess their effectiveness to achieve continuous improvement.
  8. Communications Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to share and receive information and ideas from all levels of the organization in order to achieve the desired results.
  9. Teamwork Commitment to the successful achievement of team and organizational goals through a desire to participate with and help other members of the team.

Qualification/Experience

  1. Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
  2. 5-7 plus years experience working in project management, software implementations, customer support and/or sales in a health care technology background required
  3. Experience in pathology and /or Derm/GI/Heme/Uro/NGS market required
  4. Proficient Microsoft Dynamics, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio software knowledge and experience required.
  5. Occasional travel required
  6. Weekend/evening/holiday work may be required depending on business need.
