Kirwan Surgical Products LLC is currently seeking a qualified candidate for a Janitor position in Marshfield, MA. Kirwan is a medical device manufacturer that produces electro-surgical devices in a controlled environment.

The Janitor will be responsible for keeping the office, warehouse, and manufacturing areas clean.  This includes cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, a gym, conference rooms, and other general areas.  We currently have two full-time janitors and would like to add to the team. 

This can be a part-time or full-time role.  Starting pay based on experience, with a 90-day review with an increase based on performance.

Responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining building interior by dusting furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings; sweeping, mopping floors, and vacuuming carpeting.
• Cleaning and resupplying rest rooms.
• Maintains building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash.
• Removes trash by emptying trash containers; transporting materials to disposal area; recycling materials.
• Knowledge of floor machines; keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines.
• Maintains safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains continuity between shifts, noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
   

Skills/Qualifications:
-Knowledge of materials, equipment and methods commonly employed in housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance operations.
-Ability to operate and care for electric cleaning equipment.
-Physical ability to withstand strain of performing manual tasks, i.e., move tables, furniture, desks, etc.
