- Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience in education, youth development, or community programming.
- Experience working with school-aged children in an out-of-school-time or enrichment setting.
- Demonstrated experience supervising or supporting other adults in an educational or community-based environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of or interest in enrichment areas such as sports, arts, music, or STEM is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Must meet all Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) qualifications for the position.
- Successful completion of CORI, SORI, and fingerprint background checks prior to employment.
- Physical examination within one year prior to employment.
- Proof of immunizations against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR).
- Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
