Overall Functional Responsibility

The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing client-facing business support to the Account Management team. The individual will contribute to the overall success of the team by organizing the teams tracking of business activities through the customer life cycle. This includes generating internal and client-facing dashboard reporting on key business metrics, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and maintaining issues logs / documentation. The coordinator will also be expected to interface with other departments, including Accounting, Marketing, and Technology. Projects may include, but not limited to the below:

  • Producing and distributing client-facing reporting

  • Resolve escalated issues that may impact client relationships

  • Become the operations subject matter expert for the assigned programs

  • Interface with other department as need to resolve any issues

  • As needed, handle program invoicing and financial operations

  • Prepare material for existing client meetings, or new business development meetings

  • Other responsibilities as assigned and need by the business

Education and Skills Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree

  • Solid understanding of business, economic concepts

  • Approximately 6 months in current role, Internal posting only

  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Solid combination of ability to think analytically / strategically, but also with attention to detail.
