RailPros provides comprehensive consulting services for the rail industry.  We specialize in areas of RWIC/railroad flagging, project management, observation and inspection, real estate, rail design and engineering, training, and media production.  As a leader in our industry, RailPros’ projects create long-term value for our clients from concept through operation by providing technical excellence and outstanding services.  We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to join our growing team in Irving, TX.

 The SharePoint Administrator would be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day configuration and technical efforts on IT SharePoint Projects
  • Analyze, evaluate, recommend solutions for business challenges utilizing SharePoint as a solution
  • Manage scope, schedule, and budget for IT SharePoint projects
  • Provide Technical knowledge in the support of SharePoint initiatives
  • Maintaining updates on database, running query reports, documenting issues and feature requests
  • Assist in planning and managing in our Phase 2 efforts
  • Assist with SharePoint migration and support
  • Building relationships with stakeholders

Minimum Experience:    

  • 5-10 year working experience
  • SharePoint (365)
  • College degree in Business / Information Systems or Computer Science require
  • Must be proficient in: Windows 7/8, networking principles, PC troubleshooting, familiar with Android devices, and project management.
  • Management of others


  • The ideal candidate must be proficient in/with Teams and OneDrive
  • Technical SharePoint background
  • Project management experience
  • SQL experience, knowledge of database concepts, writing SQL queries
  • Networking concepts and topologies
  • Cloud software solutions
  • Software testing, QA, UX
  • Business acumen – anticipate strategic needs of company and ability to make decisions with confidence
  • Managing and leading others, while fostering a team environment
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
