The Systems Administrative Assistant role is responsible for carrying out all company goals and objectives as it relates to the division. Primary person responsible for assisting with the day-to-day flow of the office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Primary person responsible for answering phones, fielding walk-in traffic, checking mail, and back-up person for delivery gate pager
• Work with HR to keep stock of office supplies
• Assist with POS for walk-in customers
• Assist Technical Sales with Pro Shop Inventory management
• Assist Technical Sales with pulling and shipping special orders
• Organize and file digital documents in Dropbox
• Assist Project Coordinator with submittals and closeouts
• Assist Project Coordinator with gathering project data
• Update weekly meeting notes
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to multi-task.
