The goal of Fraser's Sales Executive of Premium Services is to achieve 100% of monthly sales plan through the sale of our Smart Support Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Apply sales skills and knowledge as they relate to the upsell of Premium Services.

·Maintain client files, which will be continually updated.

· Complete other business or client lists as requested by manager. They may be targeted clients, targeted products, etc.

·Participate in and be a contributing member of the customer support team and uphold the company mission statement.

· Develop expertise, skills and knowledge by attending on-going training classes when scheduled, and exhibit a commitment to learning new products and knowledge.

· Assist team member as requested by manager such as assistance with team or individual training.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· 1-2 years or entry level sales experience

· Strong phone skills

· Have a passion to deliver results

· Must have the ability to create prospect/client interest

· Have exceptional communication skills including listening, analysis and presentations

· Must maintain a valid drivers license

·Ability to lift, push, pull 30 pounds

· Ability to be a self starter, self motivator and deal with rejection
