The Parts House (TPH) is the fastest growing Direct-to-the-Installer parts supplier in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Puerto Rico.  We carry 180,000 different part numbers covering 185 product lines from dozens of Manufactures.


The Parts House is actively searching for new talent to join our growing team.



Sell automotive replacement parts to repair shops, fleets, municipalities and new car dealers; answer customer inquiries; provide catalog look-up service; process orders via phone, fax or internet; collaborate with store managers and outside sales representatives, and complete the following tasks:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer telephone calls, faxes and emails promptly.

  • Provide professional service to ensure the customers’ needs are met.

  • Effectively communicate features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.

  • Input stock orders from salesmen.

  • Provide catalog look-up service.

  • Process customer orders via phone, fax or internet.

  • Source product/conduct buyouts for customers.

  • Maintain TPH’s reputation through prompt, pleasant and professional interaction with current and prospective customers.

  • Make sure customers feel valued and listened to.

  • Install vehicle batteries, test starters and alternators, and test equipment.

  • Resolve issues, complaints and problems from all customers, and resolve them independently or forward to the CSRM when further assistance is necessary.

Requirements - MUST have 2 to 3 years of Auto Parts or Auto Parts sales experience.

Physical Demands: Occasional heavy lifting of 50 lbs or more may be required.  The ability to work in a warehouse environment (Heat, Cold, Dust etc.) will be required.  Must be able to climb a ladder and be exposed to heights of 6 ft. or greater.


Compensation:  The Warehouse Associates compensation is paid on a per hour basis.
