DIGITAL MEDIA STRATEGIST -  Remote and/or hybrid options available

RIESTER is currently looking for a Digital Media Strategist. This position will be responsible for assisting in managing client paid media accounts with an emphasis on PPC, display and social media. This client-facing role requires strong analytical and strategic skills, a passion for data driven-marketing methodologies and techniques along with other critical skills such as problem solving and creative thinking.

Job Skills & Requirements

  • Day-to-day management of large-scale paid search campaigns (Google, Bing)

  • Collaborate with client and internal teams to enhance user experience and conversion metrics

  • Drive continued optimization of campaigns through performance analysis, testing, etc.

  • Identify new opportunities to drive results and improve performance

  • Compile and analyze recurring reports across all digital media channels

  • Present weekly, monthly and quarterly results to client teams

  • Maintain knowledge of current digital media best practices, concepts, statistics, trends, and industry developments

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2-5 years of experience with pay-per-click (PPC) search engine, display, social media, video, and mobile advertising and analytics

  • Google Ads Fundamentals certification required

  • Advanced Google Ads and Google Analytics certification preferred

  • Programmatic buying experience a plus

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot tables, charts, and advanced functions

  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and ability to meet deadlines

  • Superior work ethic, self-starter, eager to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills


Client & Internal Relationships:

  • Manage day-to-day client interaction

  • Manage expectations of clients and deliverables

  • Work closely with the client throughout entire program to maintain performance and resolve any performance issues

  • Assist Director in advising clients on best ways to integrate media into their advertising and marketing programs

  • Assist Director in expanding business opportunities among current client roster

  • Work closely with the integration team to manage day-to-day client interactions, maintain performance etc.
