Description
  • Tags Daily Activity Logs (DALs) and enters Client Data Cores (CDCs).
  • Reviews and processes daily error report, requesting correction from clinical staff or making corrections within a timely manner.
  • Ensures data integrity of EHR.
  • Processes signed intake and treatment plans, tags EHR billing lines for processing.
  • Verifies OHCA for DMH, Medicaid and Medicare eligibility.
  • Works with OHCA and ODMHSAS for member ID corrections and processing data through PICIS.
  • Assists with verifying private insurance verifications.
  • Processes CDC response files and ensure PAs are obtained in a timely manner.
  • Processes client information updates; CDCs, financials and/or Insurance benefits.
  • Ensuring quality customer services.
  • Engage and assist individuals as they present to the clinics or by phone, with good judgment as to their needs.
  • Knowledge of Daily Business Operations, able to provide coverage for front desk operations.
  • Understanding and ability to complete job assignments to Intake Representative I position.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy to create a positive and welcoming environment for individuals served and peers.
  • Opens and closes facility, ensuring lobby and restrooms are empty before locking the door at the end of the day.
  • In the absence of the Business Office Manager, assists with iPad and petty cash needs.
  • Has the responsibility of setting up MOVI for Tele-Therapy.
  • Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management as requested.
  • Participates in staff meetings.
  • Must be willing and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with this position.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job requirement.
  • Must meet “satisfactory” expectations at any scheduled job performance evaluation.
  • Quality of work will be evaluated through training, skill, or special purpose.  Must be competent and adequate.

 

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years experience in a previous position. Must be proficient in data entry, Windows, and Microsoft Applications. Must have proven experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing and possess the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license required.
