Key Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and overseeing targeted marketing campaigns for the deployment of Commercial and Industrial Solar solutions. The campaign manager’s duties will include working with the Head of Sales to identify specific target markets, then coordinating all facets from prospect identification thru campaign deployment. Included will be the utilization of both internal and external resources, monitoring, assessing, measuring the ROI of campaigns, campaign and event development and support, case studies, reference materials, and sales collateral. You will work closely with the Marketing Specialist on resource utilization, managing results and coordination of schedules and resources.

Key Functions

  • Devise targeted marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers.
  • Work with both internal and external staff to execute campaigns.
  • Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is preserved and enhanced.
  • Ensure the content created is accurate, uniquely targeted and of the highest quality.
  • Continuously assess and report on campaign results in order to implement improvements where necessary.
  • Manage advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google AdWords, including Facebook, twitter, and email marketing.
  • Manages and participates in our online presence, SRO and blogging (managing Interact).
  • Adjust keywords for SEM products as well as SEO campaigns to drive the optimal results for the client.
  • Apply presentation skills to communicate Solect’s value proposition and Industry expertise.
  • Track performance of every campaign and create KPI reports for operational level using contact history and response history.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication is a preferred.
  • Several years’ related job experience is strongly preferred.
  • Critical thinking abilities with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
  • Proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • Clear understanding of current marketing trends.
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
  • Experience in managing digital, print, and outbound phone/mail campaigns is required.
  • Excellent project manager skills and a talent for working under pressure is essential.

Special Position Requirements

  • Travel to local customer ribbon cuttings, occasional conferences, and training.
