The Admin/Data Specialist is responsible for verifying data and preparing materials for collection. The data specialist will enter data in specific data fields, using keyboards or scanners. Reports directly to the program coordinator.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered into systems
- Compare data with source documents or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
- Store completed documents in appropriate locations
- Locate and correct data entry errors and report them to the supervisors
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work
- File and maintain program records for 500+ persons
- Assist in tracking program participants monthly
- Type, copy, organize materials as assigned, within designated time frames
- Maintain designated confidential information
- Complete ongoing professional development training
- Complete additional duties as assigned
