Essential Duties and Responsibilities::

• Responsible for making every element of the party fantastic: decorating, singing happy birthday, serving food, and organizing games
• Ensure the group birthday area is fully stocked with party items and gifts
• Working closely with members of the Group Sales team to provide solutions to any issues that may arise during group birthday events
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
• Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
• Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark including facility layout and amenities
• Follow all park policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to multi-task and complete assigned task in a timely manner
• Ability to accept guidance and supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public, customers and staff members
• Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
• Energy and enthusiasm for long days
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
