7:30 -4:30 or 8:00-5:00


  • Gather network information for Preprograming of MFP’s and perform Remote Network installs when needed.
  • Gather Network information and machine cloning when needed.
  • Must complete between 3-4 Help Desk calls per day when available, with customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the Service Team Managers to schedule and complete Network Connections.
  • Assist (GSC) Global Support Center in setting up and monitoring alerts on customer’s equipment.
  • Contact Manufacturer’s Support when needed.
  • Diagnose and resolve customers printing and scanning issues.
  • Utilize Go 2 Assist to correct a connectivity issue or to install equipment remotely on a customer’s network.
  • Setup customers on VIS to monitor alerts for proactive service.
  • Essential Activities:
    •             55% - Preprogram MFP’s and perform Remote Network installs
    •                 20% - Communicating with customers and resolve network issues.
    •                 10% - Setup and Monitor alerts on VIS
    •                 10% - Proper paperwork and attend meetings.
    •                   5% - Driving to customer’s location.

Education: Associates or bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer sciences preferred but not required


Experience: Entry level with related course work or degree or 1–2-year experience in a related field



  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Good Computer and Networking skills
  • Getting customers network issues resolved in a timely manner.
  • Completing Remote Network installs to minimizing downtime
  • Dealing with customer’s sometimes unexpected demands
  • Keeping focused on achieving monthly goals
  • Dealing with Demanding Sales Reps in all Branch Offices


Physical Demands: Sitting majority of time; able to push, pull, lift up to 20 pounds; occasional standing and walking.


Work Environment: In a call center or help desk type of environment, moderate noise.


Travel Required: Travel less than 5% of the time.
